about

"Calibration, get your head straight." Just another personal demons song, with a happy summertime feel? I think it's about dealing with depression and trying to get into a happy head space. I don't TRY to write lyrics like this, it's just what comes out, mostly.
The guitar was played with a capo on the second fret.

lyrics

Can you see I’m happily in pain
But you won’t know
I hide it every day
It’s a different situation all around
When I’m headed for the lost and found

I don’t know why there’s no room left to breathe
So hold on tight to all that you receive
It’s the same old nightmare that’s here to stay
It cannot stop when It’s in your way

Calibrate
Reconfigurate
Calibration get your head straight
Reconfiguration carries too much weight
When I’m about to break

Well I’m running
I run to get away
And I’m in the same place I was yesterday
And I’m feeling no one could give a damn
And I’m falling down when I try to stand

How much more or further should I wander
Just to get a bit
Maybe a little bit stronger
I can’t find a place so little believe
Of peace and hope and harmony

Calibrate
Reconfigurate
Calibration get your head straight
Reconfiguration carries too much weight
Calibration get your head straight
Reconfiguration carries too much weight
When I’m about to break

Whoa Yeah!

Uh!
